Dr. Mark N. Greene
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Mark Greene joined Fair Isaac as Chief Executive Officer in February, 2007.  He previously spent 12 years with IBM, where he distinguished himself as a leader in the company's financial services industry segment and software business groups.  He served as vice president of sales and distribution for Financial Services at IBM, responsible for setting business development strategy and driving growth across the $24 billion banking, financial markets and insurance industry segment.  He also served as general manager of IBM's Global Banking unit, the company's largest industry vertical, with responsibility for driving performance of the company's $14 billion, worldwide business portfolio of 1,200 banking clients.  Earlier, Dr. Greene focused on software strategy for IBM, and co-founded the company's e-commerce initiative now known as WebSphere.

Prior to joining IBM, he served in leadership roles with various financial technology firms, Technology Solutions Company,  Berkeley Investment Technologies and Citicorp.  Greene began his career in 1982 as an economist with the Federal Reserve Board, where he was the youngest officer in the agency's history. Dr. Greene received his bachelor's degree in Economics at Amherst, and holds masters and doctorate degrees in Economics from the University of Michigan.


Charles M. Osborne
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Chuck Osborne has served as Fair Isaac's chief financial officer since 2004. He previously served in executive and financial leadership positions at prominent companies including Deluxe Corporation, McLeodUSA and Graco, Inc. During a 17-year tenure at Deluxe Corp., Mr. Osborne helped grow the company’s revenues from $400 million to nearly $2 billion while driving an aggressive growth strategy that opened the door to multiple market opportunities beyond the company’s core check-printing business. He subsequently managed McLeodUSA’s acquisition of Ovation Communications, Inc., in 1999, and led the growth of all Minnesota telephone operations for the combined company during the year that followed. Mr. Osborne holds a BS degree in business and a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Minnesota.


Michael H. Campbell
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Mike Campbell serves as Chief Operating Officer, where he is responsible for overseeing all Fair Isaac’s product management, global sales and delivery functions. Mr. Campbell previously served as vice president and lead for the financial services market, where he was responsible for overseeing the revenue growth and customer satisfaction for all financial services clients, processors and myFICO.com. Mr. Campbell joined Fair Isaac in 2005 as Chief Operating Officer - Products, where he led the global product line P&L functions, including business plan execution, product management and product marketing. Considered a pioneer in the application of mathematical optimization to complex management tasks, Mr. Campbell was CEO of TempoSoft prior to joining Fair Isaac, and spent three years with SAP America, Inc., where he held multiple senior leadership roles and ran $1.5 billion in combined revenues. He joined SAP in 1999 from Campbell Software, where he was CEO and chairman. Campbell Software, which Mr. Campbell founded in 1989, developed the leading workforce management solution for the labor-intensive retail marketplace. Earlier, he co-founded optimization software developer General Optimization, Inc. Mr. Campbell earned a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.


Bernhard Nann
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Bernhard Nann leads Fair Isaac’s technology organization, which includes product development, QA, ASP operations, and product support. His prior positions include leadership roles in product development and product management, as well as market unit management. Mr. Nann was CEO of NAREX Inc. prior to its acquisition by Fair Isaac in 2003. He had founded NAREX eight years earlier and grew it into the largest provider of artificial intelligence-based predictive modeling solutions and services in the collections industry. Prior to that, Mr. Nann held several roles at TRW Information Systems and Services (now Experian) where he conceived and built a state-of-the-art credit reporting system and where he started and grew the first credit reporting business in Mexico. Mr. Nann has a graduate degree in engineering from Universität Stuttgart (Germany) and, as a Fulbright scholar, earned an MBA from The Ohio State University.

Tracey Stout
Tracey Stout

Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Tracey Stout joined Fair Isaac in 2007 as Chief Marketing Officer. She most recently held the position of Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, for Autodesk, Inc., where over four years she developed integrated brand/marketing campaigns that propelled the company from $700 million in revenues to just under $2 billion. She had previously served as Vice President of Marketing for Java and XML software at Sun Microsystems. She has also served in account director roles at some of the leading marketing and advertising agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann-Erickson, and BBDO. Ms. Stout has BS degrees in Mass Communications and Psychology from the University of Utah.


Greg Corgan
Vice President, Global Sales

Greg Corgan joined Fair Isaac in 2007 as vice president of global sales. He oversees Fair Isaac’s sales team covering the financial services industry, the company’s international sales operations and the teams responsible for selling Fair Isaac’s Enterprise Decision Management (EDM) technologies and analytics. Prior to joining Fair Isaac, Mr. Corgan served as executive vice president of worldwide sales for CA, Inc. (formerly Computer Associates International), where he managed 5,000 sales and pre-sales professionals. Prior to joining CA, he worked for Terraspring as executive vice president of worldwide field operations, and for OneChem Ltd., where he served as president and CEO. Mr. Corgan also served in numerous leadership roles during a 24-year career with IBM, including management of the company’s worldwide solutions unit and $5 billion North American software business. He received a bachelor's of business administration degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. 


Dr. Andrew N. Jennings

Senior Vice President, Chief Research Officer

Dr. Andrew Jennings, Chief Research Officer, has held a number of leadership positions at Fair Isaac since joining the company in 1994, including VP of Global Account Management Solutions, and director of Fair Isaac’s European operations. Before joining Fair Isaac, Andrew Jennings served as head of unsecured credit risk for Abbey National plc, where he introduced account behavior scoring and mortgage scoring. He also served as a lecturer in economics and econometrics at the University of Nottingham. He has a BA and Ph.D. in economics, and an MSc in agricultural economics from the University of Wales.


Mark R. Scadina
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mark Scadina joined Fair Isaac in 2007 as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Before joining Fair Isaac, Mr. Scadina was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Liberate Technologies, a leading provider of interactive services software founded by Oracle and Netscape. Prior to that, Mr. Scadina was vice president and general counsel of InterTrust Technologies, the pioneer in digital rights management solutions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Scadina practiced law in the Silicon Valley office of Pennie & Edmonds. Mr. Scadina received his law degree from U.C. Berkeley School of Law and holds a BS degree in computer engineering from Santa Clara University.

 
Larry E. Rosenberger
Vice President, Analytic Research Fellow

Larry Rosenberger was named Fair Isaac's first Research Fellow in 2007, following more than 33 years of service to the company. In this capacity, he continues to pursue research projects that advance Fair Isaac's analytic science. From 1999 to 2007, he led Fair Isaac’s Research Unit, focused on early stage innovation in such areas as decision analytics/Strategy Science and Consumer Capacity Index.  From 1991 to 1999, he served as President and CEO.  During that time, Fair Isaac experienced consecutive years of record growth, with annual revenues increasing from $31 million to over $276 million. Prior to that position, he managed the Engineering, Research, and Development Division. In that capacity, he was responsible for the technical development, production and marketing of the company's most advanced products. Mr. Rosenberger holds a B.S. in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS in physics and operations research from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also chairman of the board of directors of the Marin Education Fund and board member of the Marin Community Foundation.

 
Richard A. Stewart
Vice President, Professional Services

Dick Stewart joined Fair Isaac in 2007 as Vice President, Professional Services. In this role, he leads all of the company's global consulting and delivery services, including analytic consulting. Mr. Stewart joined the company from SAP, where he spent six years leading the global consulting line of business. Prior to that, he held executive positions with Grant Thornton LLP, including interim chief executive partner and co-chief operating partner. Mr. Stewart has a degree from Wichita State University Barton School of Business, and has completed executive studies at the Wharton and Harvard schools of business.

 
Richard S. Deal
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Richard Deal leads Fair Isaac’s Human Resources team focused on attracting, developing and retaining top-market talent through innovative human capital management strategies. He joined Fair Isaac in January, 2001 from Arcadia Financial Ltd., where he held the executive HR role for three years. Prior to that, he held a number of senior HR positions supporting the mortgage and corporate trust divisions of U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis. Mr. Deal has extensive experience leading acquisition integration activities, building compensation and performance management systems and developing leadership competencies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.

 
John D. Emerick, Jr.

Vice President, Corporate Development and Treasurer

John Emerick joined Fair Isaac’s Finance group in 2004. He has nearly 20 years experience in financial management and analysis roles, most recently serving as director of media and communications finance at CIT Group in Morristown, NJ. He also has served in financial leadership roles with companies including Ovation Communications, Newcourt Capital and PNC Bank. Mr. Emerick holds a BS degree in Finance from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.


Michael (Mike) J. Pung

Vice President, Finance

Mike Pung joined Fair Isaac in 2004 as vice president, Finance, and oversees the accounting and compliance functions for the company. He has more than 18 years of financial leadership experience in both entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 companies, including Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., U.S. Satellite Broadcasting, and Deluxe Corporation. In addition, Mr. Pung served as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche. He holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of North Dakota.


Robert M. Berini, Sr.
Vice President, Strategic Partners

Bob Berini joined Fair Isaac in 2007 as Vice President of Strategic Partners.  He leads a global team in the business development, sales execution, and relationship management of Fair Isaac's alliances and business partners.  Prior to joining Fair Isaac, Mr. Berini spent over 30 years with IBM in sales management of client business units, solution groups, and business partner networks.  He was most recently responsible for increasing business partner-related sales revenue to over $4 billion in IBM's Financial Services Sector.  Mr. Berini was also a Lieutenant Colonel and Senior Pilot in the US Air Force, serving in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve forces.  He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
