The award, presented at an awards ceremony at Oracle OpenWorld, Oracle’s annual technology showcase in San Francisco, recognizes Fair Isaac’s excellence in delivering an innovative Network Assurance Analytics solution to help telecommunications service providers monitor and verify network performance. The solution enables companies to provide their customers with the highest levels of service.
Based on Fair Isaac’s market-proven neural network and patented profiling technologies, the solution analyzes transaction data encompassing the traffic traversing a network and assigns risk scores that alert managers to potential network trouble - including network failures, intrusion, abuse, and network quality issues. Cases flagged for further investigation are stored and retrieved utilizing Oracle 10g Databases. Network operators are able to take quick, corrective actions that minimize network impact and improve overall network availability.
