Design Tools
Blaze Advisor has two environments available for the creation and maintenance of the business rules in your applications: Blaze Advisor Builder, a full function Integrated Development Environment aimed for the IT staff, and Rule Maintenance Applications, which can be automatically generated from a rule project that allows a business analyst to work with the rules in an easy-to-use controlled setting.

Much of the backlog in the IT departments of organizations is due to the need for frequent updates of the business logic in existing applications.  Blaze Advisor contains multiple ways of exposing the business rules that need to be maintained to the business experts so that they can change them directly.  This can avoid translation errors in converting the policy changes into programming code, and save the IT staff from making constant updates.
