Partner Services
We offer our standardized training courses to Fair Isaac partners, including Fair Isaac value added resellers (VARs), systems integrators (SIs), OEMs, alliance partners, and other services and solutions providers. We also can deliver specialized courses for partners that address:
- Technical skills requirements of implementation/consulting personnel,
- Overview training for sales personnel, and
- Train-the-trainer for resellers and providers of Fair Isaac products and solutions.
Overall, our goal with Fair Isaac partners is to ensure they are properly trained, authorized, and equipped with Fair Isaac standard materials before proceeding to deliver Fair Isaac product education to clients. To this end, we have developed special programs and arrangements for our partners and resellers who either deliver Fair Isaac product training services or wish to do so, and are committed to becoming authorized to deliver Fair Isaac education.
In particular, we offer a Train-the-trainer Program so that partners can learn our client training materials and how to deliver a course or set of courses. Our course materials are valuable intellectual assets to Fair Isaac; hence, it is our common practice to formally license our materials to partners who wish to use them. Our train-the-trainer and licensing programs also apply to Fair Isaac customers who wish to deliver Fair Isaac product training internally, and/or to their customers.
