This course introduces the learner to the end user RMS system and offers a solid foundation of the RMS System Maintenance. This course provides the new RMS system administrator the tools she will need to begin the RMS adventure. This course is delivered to new employees or a new project team and includes the following courses: Collector/Recoverer Overview, System Maintenance, Agency Management, Financial Posting and Decision Manager.
